The Golden  Space Hardscapes crew and Mr. Neto are incredibly professional and easy to work with.  Neto was very good at communicating with me in the design phase, during the process, and followup. I have gotten a timely response from Neto for every e-mail or text I sent.   Every concern I had was addressed. Every question I had was answered. I appreciated working with Mr. Neto on the design and my budget and we ironed out any wrinkles before the start of the project. The team was great! They were always on time, had daily planning meetings to execute the most meticulousness of settings for my flagstone  patio re-do, install of the front yard dry creek bed and install of the side yard pathway. The project looks fabulous for my family's enjoyment for many years to come. The Golden Space Crew has executed a few projects for me. They recently did all the excavation and trenching on my 200+ feet of sewer line replacement. The crew was punctual, and worked very efficiently with the pipe fitter’s to get this job knocked out in a timely fashion. They are professional, friendly and did an excellent job keeping everything very neat and tidy during the whole process. They have also completed a small area with pavers for me. Neto and his crew recently completed a job for us, installing pavers with drainage in our driveway, 2 side walkways, and our front porch. Neto's work is off the charts excellent. Not only are we very pleased with the completed project, but we'd also like others to know that Neto was amazing throughout the job. His attention to detail and creative ideas resulted in a project that far surpassed any expectations we had. As someone who really cares about materials and craftsmanship, I can honestly say Neto and his team at Golden Space Construction were a dream to work with. They brought both technical know-how and a great design eye to our project, but what stood out most was their integrity. Whenever we suggested adding something we thought we needed, they were upfront about whether it was actually necessary — they never tried to upsell us or push work we didn’t need. That level of honesty is rare and so appreciated. In fact, one of our favorite new spaces they installed wasn't even a part of the original project we hired them for. It hadn't crossed our mind at that time that we should add an additional lower patio for dining. It wasn't until we came to the idea on our own did they let us know that they felt the same during their first site visit. After seeing how they already transformed our yard, we asked them to add it to our existing project! They were knowledgeable, resourceful, and incredibly trustworthy, and they helped us make smart decisions that kept the project aligned with our budget without compromising quality. The execution was seamless, and their attention to detail shows in every line and curve. Neto was accessible throughout the entire process and treats each project like it's the most important. The finished space feels thoughtful, timeless, and truly enhances how we gather and live. Professional, communicative, and genuinely great local people to work with — a fantastic experience from beginning to end. We enjoyed the process of working with them so much, we keep trying to find new projects we can hire them for! Neto and his team did a great job on my front, side, and backyard hardscaping, including the addition of a French drain to solve significant drainage issues.  I’m very happy with the finished product that will last for years to come and add value to my home. But I’m most impressed with Neto’s professionalism and communication, as well as his team’s cleanliness (site was tidied up each day). This was a hard project because of the slope I live on but the team worked tirelessly to complete on time and on budget. Skilled, efficient and flexible! Neto was on-site every day.  This is my second project utilizing his expertise.  The first was a paver project.  My current project was building a retaining wall in my front yard (two sections), adding electrical lighting fixtures (4 tower lights and 4 under cap lights) and running irrigation to the parking strip.  With the guidance of Luiz, I selected Belgard pavers (color: Linen) and Cap (Color: Graphite). Neto and crew (2) arrived on Monday morning and completed the wall by Friday which was ahead of schedule.  Kudos on flexibility.  Four days into my project I requested my irrigation sprinklers be converted to drip.  Totally accommodated my request and the conversion was done the next business day.  That kind of service, in my experience, is not very common these days. In addition to building my retaining wall, Neto repaired failed pavers that were installed 20 years prior (not by him).  Amazing work!!  I had no hesitation leaving the team while I was away from my home.  Neto kept me informed of what progress was being made throughout the project. I gave five stars to Neto. Absolutely fantastic work. Kept me informed on the repair work being done on my walkway and driveway which had been raising the pavers dued to tree roots. He removed the pavers, cut out the roots ,poured more sand, leveled the area and reinstalled the pavers, all in a timely manner. The price of the project was totally reasonable. Neto recently completed his third project with my family and we are speechless. He made a dream come true through amazing effort and diligence. Neto made the 100-mile round trip to my home 3 times just to plan, design, measure and answer all of my questions. Once the project began, Neto took great care to ensure no issues came up with utility lines or pool plumbing. He kept me continuously updated and responded to every request. He was hands-on every day, working with the rest of the crew to ensure everything was high quality. Everyday, my family and I look at what Neto created for us and we're so grateful. (Even my pool builder is impressed and loves the finished product!) Would not hesitate to work with Neto again.
